Job Description

Ensure that employees have proper safety training and are aware of hazards in their work environment.
Perform inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Inform workers of potential hazards and implementing measures to mitigate risks.
Plan safe working practices and making necessary changes.
Keep up to date and ensure compliance with current health and safety legislation.
Ensure that equipment is installed correctly/safely.
Determine ways of reducing risks.
Liaise with relevant authorities.
Organize/attend health and safety meetings.
Safely handle hazardous substances.
Investigate/record incidents, accidents, complaints, and cases of ill health
Draw-up safe operational procedures.
Consult with management to develop policies and procedures for safety programs.
Monitor compliance with safety regulations and providing training on safe work practices to employees.

Requirements and skills

3-5 years of experience in HSE field.
Fluent in English.
Strong Problem Solving.
Strong Risk Management.
Strong Planning & analytical skills.
