from and preserve the diversity of our platform in a sustainable manner we opted for a stream-based
company structure with dedicated central support for each stream. We believe our stream-based
structure with dedicated and focused experienced management is our main edge to ensure
sustainable long-term quality across our portfolio.

As one community we were keen to have our community of staff, parents, and students all engaged
in many new initiatives all with the support from all our schools. This will ensure we carry on with
our journey to reach top-notch education quality across all our schools. Our objective is to offer
quality education that is competitive to international educational standards and top portfolio
schools around the world. In terms of technology, we are leading the way in the education space
with top-notch facilities housing Robotics, STEM, VR/AI capabilities. We are using curriculum-
based Learning Management Systems to allow smooth delivery of our Academic Provision across the
platform. We are very committed to the journey ahead of us and very excited about the diverse
