Egypt Education Platform (EEP) hosted a two-day Positive Discipline workshop on August 28 and 29, bringing together educators from across the platform for impactful professional learning and growth.

The workshop was led by Joy Marchese, Founder of Positive Discipline UK, author, keynote speaker, and emotional architect. Through interactive sessions, teachers were guided in shifting discipline from a model of control to one of meaningful connection, while exploring strategies that cultivate respect, resilience, and responsibility in students.

This initiative marks an important step in empowering EEP educators to create learning environments that encourage curiosity, confidence, and lasting growth.
