Empowering EEP Through Tech Integration Workshops

September 2025

Across Egypt Education Platform (EEP) schools, teachers are experiencing firsthand how technology and innovation can transform the classroom. Recent workshops, held at GEMS British School Al Rehab, GEMS International School Cairo, and, for the first time, GEMS International School Somabay, provided educators with the opportunity to explore tools and strategies that enhance teaching and learning.

Led by Sherif Nabawy, Innovation Lead and EdTech Director, and Hebba Haroun, EdTech Innovation and Curriculum Advisor at EEP, participants engaged with design thinking methodologies, AI, virtual reality, and digital tools including Canva, Office 360, and EEP’s proprietary AI Planner and Chatbot. The sessions highlighted how these tools can foster creativity, streamline planning, and strengthen student engagement in BYOD and technology-enabled classrooms
