The 11th edition of the Hayah Art Competition, hosted by Hayah International Academy—one of Egypt Education Platform’s (EEP) leading schools—was a powerful celebration of creativity, student voice, and environmental advocacy.
Held under the theme “Endangered,” this year’s competition saw over 2,300 remarkable artworks submitted by students from 93 schools and 4 NGOs. Through painting, digital art, collage, 3D installations, and photography, students addressed urgent issues of environmental conservation, using art as a platform for awareness and change.
EEP schools shone throughout the event, with many students receiving top honors for their work. Participating schools included Hayah International Academy, Hayah International Academy West, GEMS International School Cairo (GISC), GEMS British International
School of Madinaty (GEMS BISM), Madinaty Integrated Language School (MILS), Scholars International Language School (SILS), Westview International Language School (WILS), Alexandria International Academy (AIA), and GEMS British School Al Rehab (GEMS TBS).
The competition once again demonstrated the essential role of the arts in education—encouraging expression, deepening understanding of global issues, and nurturing the creative potential of every student.
