Reaffirming its commitment to student well-being, Egypt Education Platform (EEP) has announced a strategic partnership with Safe Egypt to launch a student-led safeguarding awareness program across its network of schools.
Under this initiative, five students from each EEP school will participate in specialized workshops facilitated by Safe Egypt. Selected from grades 8, 9, and 10 based on leadership, communication, and advocacy skills, these students will go on to design and deliver safeguarding sessions tailored to their school communities, ensuring that awareness and understanding reach their peers in a relatable and impactful way.
The partnership was formalized in the presence of Noha Morsy, EEP’s Deputy Director of Education and Safeguarding Manager, and Sara Aziz, Founder and CEO of Safe Egypt. They were joined by Engy Hammam, EEP’s Safeguarding Lead, and senior representatives from Safe Egypt.
This initiative reflects EEP’s enduring mission to create safe, inclusive, and empowering school environments. Through this collaboration, EEP is not only advancing best practices in safeguarding but also positioning its students as active advocates for well-being within their own communities.
