Egypt Education Platform (EEP) took part in the American Chamber of Commerce in Egypt’s Education Committee session titled “Bridging the Gap Between Content Authenticity and Technological Advancements in Education.” Held at AmCham’s headquarters in Dokki, the session brought together influential voices from both local and international education sectors to explore how emerging technologies are shaping the future of learning.
Ahmed Wahby, EEP’s Group CEO, Middle East and Africa, moderated the session alongside Sarah El-Kalla, Deputy CEO of CIRA Education, and joined by George Sedky, HR Leader at GB Corp. Joining virtually were Kelly Dalke, Director of Khan World School, and Emily Goldman, Director of Partnerships at Khan Academy. The event was also attended by several EEP department heads and school leaders.
The session offered global insights into the transformative potential of AI-powered tools in education. Discussions centered on how artificial intelligence and localized digital content can be harnessed to support educators, enhance student engagement, and personalize learning at scale, particularly in diverse and rapidly evolving educational environments. A real-world case study from Khan Academy’s online Honors High School program added practical depth to the conversation, illustrating how such tools are already impacting learners worldwide.
By actively engaging with global experts and thought leaders, EEP continues to refine its approach to technology integration, ensuring its schools remain future-ready and student-centered.
