Egypt Education Platform (EEP) is proud to announce a new partnership with The American University in Cairo (AUC) through the launch of the Egypt Education Platform Scholarship. This four-year, merit- and need-based undergraduate scholarship reinforces EEP’s ongoing commitment to educational equity and excellence.
The scholarship will fund the tuition of a deserving student from freshman year through graduation. The recipient will be selected according to AUC’s rigorous academic and financial aid standards, in alignment with EEP’s own scholarship criteria.
The official signing ceremony took place on April 30 at AUC’s campus and was attended by Ahmed Wahby, Group CEO, Middle East and Africa at EEP, and Dr. Ahmed Abdel-Meguid, Associate Provost for Enrollment Management at AUC. Also representing EEP were Amr Sherif, Group Marketing and Commercial Director, Middle East & Africa; Nermine Nassar, Senior Marketing Manager; Germeen El Manadily, Corporate Communications Manager; Noha Morsy MA. Ed, Deputy Director of Education and Safeguarding Manager; and Rony El Kady, Deputy Director of Education and University Guidance and Career Counselling Manager.
AUC attendees included Miral El Deeb, Executive Director of Student Recruitment Enrollment & Admissions; Sherine Ali, Senior Director of Student Recruitment; Sera Magdy, Associate Director of Student Recruitment; Carrie Lynn Johnson, Executive Director of Student Financial Affairs & Scholarships; Sara Bakr, Program Coordinator; Maha Farouk, EMBA, Director of Development; and Yasmine Omar, Associate Director of Financial Aid.
This initiative extends EEP’s comprehensive career and university counseling programs, which are designed to empower students with the tools, support, and guidance they need to make informed choices about their futures. By facilitating access to quality higher
education, EEP continues to pave the way for students to pursue their academic and professional goals with confidence.
