Egypt Education Platform (EEP) successfully concluded the fall round of its fourth annual Internship Program, providing over 100 high school students with invaluable real-world experience.
The program, which began in 2019, has grown exponentially, expanding from two students and two companies to a network of 120+ students interning at 30+ organizations across various industries.
Students from EEP’s schools, GEMS International School Cairo (GISC), GEMS British International School of Madinaty (GEMS BISM), GEMS British School Al Rehab (GEMS TBS), Alexandria International Academy (AIA), Madinaty Language School (MLS), Madinaty Integrated Language Schools (MILS), and Hayah International Academy participated in the program, gaining exposure to fields like healthcare, finance, technology, law, hospitality, marketing, and community service.
The program transforms education from a theoretical to a practical endeavor, equipping students with essential skills and shaping well-rounded individuals. Real-world experience is crucial in developing key skills that set students on the path to success in their academic and career pursuits.
EEP’s Internship Program is not just about providing opportunities; it’s about empowering young minds to reach their full potential. By fostering partnerships with esteemed organizations such as the Egyptian Ministry of Health and Population, Valu, Misr El Kheir Foundation, Royal Maxim Palace Kempinski Cairo, Selah El Telmeez, Option Travel, The Glocal, Wadi Food, SIAC Construction, Regina Group, Talaat Moustafa Group, and Maatouk Bassiouny & Hennawy law firm, among various others, EEP continues to set new standards in education and prepare students for future success.
The program’s success has led to increasing interest from schools outside the EEP network and other companies, paving the way for a global expansion to offer even more opportunities for young talent to excel.
