GEMS British International School of Madinaty, part of Egypt Education Platform (EEP), had the distinct honor of welcoming Pope Tawadros II and Mr. Hisham Talaat Moustafa, Chairman of Talaat Moustafa Group, on Saturday, February 8th. They were warmly received by Ahmed Wahby, Group CEO Middle East and Africa, who led a tour showcasing the school’s remarkable progress and commitment to academic excellence. During the visit, the distinguished guests explored the state-of-the-art facilities, engaged with staff, and witnessed firsthand how GEMS BISM continues to set new benchmarks in education by fostering a dynamic, inclusive learning environment that embraces cultural diversity and progressive teaching methodologies.
The visit also welcomed key EEP leaders, including Omar Nazmy, General Manager; Rony El Kady, Deputy Director of Education and University Guidance and Career Counseling Manager; and Jane Knight, TBS School Leader, along with Aly Amer, Security General Manager at EEP. Additionally, Mahitab Ghatwary, Parent Relations Executive at GEMS BISM, and Mona Hamaoui, Head of Admissions, shared insights on the school’s journey and its future aspirations. The visit reaffirmed EEP’s commitment to delivering world-class education, inspiring and empowering the next generation of leaders.
